As a former post commander of high risk venues, Juan’s expertise in the area of crowd management and customer service are valued areas of knowledge that Picore International respects and wants on our leadership team. Juan exhibits fairness to our team of security officers. Human beings react badly to what they perceive as unfair. He delegates work to others and confirms he is scrupulous in allocating pleasant and unpleasant tasks evenly. Juan comes to Picore with a good set of organizational skills which are essential in managing a security team. It is his job to coordinate the work and allocate resources.

The creative strategist is a strange breed, canine to be exact. He is a thinker and ideas mascot positioned somewhere between a planner, a researcher and a security specialist. He thrives in a boutique-style security agency where clients can see the creative energy and unique blend of tactical strategies that Picore International has to offer.

Officer Cuff’s role entails being able to capture the pertinent points of threat assessment and brand the company that compels new clients to really know what is unique about Picore International and why we are different. From our state of the art technology, trained officers, attention to detail and quick response our clients know the difference between Picore and our competitors.

Officer Cuffs is also made in plush form and every one that we give away is another donation that Picore gives to Soi Dog Foundation. www.soidog.org. This association helps saves dogs and creates awareness of the illegal dog meat trade within Thailand as well as internationally which has grown significantly.
