Dr. Picore is a nationally recognized Threat Assessment Expert, trainer, and consultant with a rare multidisciplinary background spanning law enforcement, clinical and organizational psychology, investigative services, and executive leadership.

She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Organizational Psychology from Union Institute & University, along with advanced leadership training from Cornell University and the UCLA Anderson School of Management’s executive Management Development for Entrepreneurs program.

Dr. Picore specializes in behavioral risk assessment, threat dynamics, and organizational safety. She is a former Los Angeles Police Department officer and served as both a field and academy training instructor, bringing real-world operational experience to prevention, intervention, and leadership strategy.

Her professional work includes field research on global terrorism in the Middle East and participation in large-scale disaster response efforts during Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Harvey. A trusted expert voice, Dr. Picore is frequently consulted by national and international media, with features and commentary appearing on CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, E! Entertainment, and other major outlets.

Dr. Picore is the author of Hope in the Darkness: The 10-Point Threat Assessment Model and a contributing author to Advanced Private Investigation. She also developed an innovative leadership and de-escalation training approach that integrates equine behavior and body language—enhancing executive presence, emotional intelligence, and safety in high-risk environments. This work is informed by her hands-on commitment to animal rescue through her Southern California ranch, where she rescues and rehabilitates horses, donkeys, and dogs.

Keith Drummond is a seasoned executive with 20-years of experience leading organizations in the physical security industry. He has served as CEO, President, Vice President and Director at several industry leading firms such as Allied Universal, IDIS, Intralogic Solutions and BRS Labs. His expertise is in developing long-term, enterprise client relationships that provide sustained value and bring innovation and transformative initiatives to market. Additionally, he was honored to begin his career by serving in the United States Army.

Juan is educated in Criminal Justice at the University of Phoenix. He gathered some of his experience in the security industry by working in hotel hospitality/security and casinos. As a former post commander of high risk venues, Juan’s expertise in the area of crowd management and customer service are valued areas of knowledge that Picore International respects and wants on our leadership team. Juan exhibits fairness to our team of security officers. Human beings react badly to what they perceive as unfair. He delegates work to others and confirms he is scrupulous in allocating pleasant and unpleasant tasks evenly. Juan comes to Picore with a good set of organizational skills which are essential in managing a security team. It is his job to coordinate the work and allocate resources.

Liz Kostopoulos is the Director of Human Resources at Picore International. As a multi-disciplined leader in the HR department, her role includes implementing and enforcing all compliance related matters and also overseeing all aspects of employee training. She works closely with various government agencies and licensing authorities to ensure that Picore International and its employees stay in compliance with state licensing laws.

Liz is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Retail and Consumer Science – Training and Development. She has been in the HR field for the last 6 years and previously worked for a Fortune 500 company in Houston Texas. Prior to that she worked in Business Development and Real Estate.
